This wine is typical for South Tyrol and the expression of a special production of a great autochthonous grape variety. The grapes are carefully destemmed and slowly pressed. The short contact with the berry skins brings the colour into the must and we get a bright rose wine.
The name Rosato refers to the rose-coloured wine.
The label shows a rose and refers to the floral notes as well as the rose colour of the Lagrein Rosato.
