    In 1926 Tenuta L’Ariosa has found its home in the idyllic, unspoiled hinterland of the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. Here the climatically favored vineyards of the Rau brothers are ideal for the exclusively autochthonous grape varieties that live in symbiosis with the Mediterranean flora.
The Cannonau Riserva „I Simboli” is made of 100 % Cannonau. The skins are left on the must for 10 days, followed by the malolactic fermentation. Afterwards the wine matures in French barrels of 500 liters. After this barrels maturation, the wine is stored in stainless steel for at least 6 months.
