Since 1858 the Branchini familiy has been running their Branchini Winery “Cardinala Nuova” in the Emilia-Romagna region. High-quality wines are produced due to their knowledge and passion in cultivating the vineyards, combined with the technology in the cellar.
This qualitative Lambrusco stands out with its clear fruity notes and its low sulphurous acidity. Lambrusco is a sparkling, fruity red wine made from the Lambrusco grape variety. They are produced both dry (residual sugar: up to 15 g/l) and sweet (residual sugar: approx. 40-50 g/l) and it is recommended to drink Lambrusco as a young wine.
