In rural Valpolicella, in the middle of a small natural paradise among green olive trees and vines, the San Cassiano Winery was founded in 1964. Since every vineyard should have its own specific wine, the characteristics are carefully considered in all stages of production. The idea: each wine is a photograph of the vineyard to which it belongs.

Only the most beautiful grapes are selected after a drying process of 120 days. The fermentation with the addition of yeasts lasts 30 days, while the ageing in new barrique barrels lasts about 4 years with a subsequent refinement in the bottle.

Caratteristiche:

note of red fruit, vanilla, chocolate and coffee. It is very full-bodied, round, defined and velvety
